1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within [e.g., 1–3] business days (Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays) of receiving full payment and order confirmation.

Orders placed after [e.g., 12:00 PM EST] on a Friday, or on a national holiday, will begin processing on the following business day.

Made-to-Order / Custom Rugs: Please note that custom or handmade rugs will have a separate production timeline. This production time will be clearly communicated on the product page and in your order confirmation, and is in addition to the standard shipping transit time.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on the rug's size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

Carriers: We primarily ship via trusted carriers like USPS, FedEx, UPS.
Note on Delivery Estimates: The transit times provided are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to weather, carrier capacity, or high-volume periods.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within [e.g., 24 hours].
4. Shipping Restrictions and Limitations

P.O. Boxes / APO/FPO: Due to the size and weight of rugs, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. A valid street address is required for all deliveries.
5. Damages, Loss, and Inspection
A. Damage in Transit

Crucial Inspection: For oversized/freight deliveries, you must inspect the rug packaging for damage beforesigning the carrier's delivery receipt.

If the packaging is visibly damaged, note the damage on the delivery receipt and take photos beforeaccepting the delivery.

If the rug itself is damaged, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.

Reporting: If a standard (non-freight) item arrives damaged, you must notify us within [e.g., 48 hours] of receipt. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damage to both the rug and the shipping box.
B. Lost Shipments

If your tracking shows an order was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within [e.g., 7 days]so we can initiate a claim with the carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen after confirmed delivery.
